The Sesui app routes and delivers calls over the Sesui network, with secure call recording available on all inbound and outbound calls for compliance and performance monitoring purposes. The App is also integrated with Sesui’s real-time reporting engine for a complete picture of the business’ virtual calling environment, including the contact centre, home-based and remote workers as well as mobile users.
